So I'm heading out for my first official "Photography Trip" at the end of the month. Official meaning my camera doesn't suck and I'm going with the purpose of taking really awesome (hopefully) pictures for the benefit of others and perhaps my wallet. Usually it's just a vacation with a lot of camera-time, as opposed to taking photos for the express purpose of sharing them for all the world to see, or at least those who happen to frequent my site.
I'm terrified to some degree that the new work won't be well-received, or even viewed. However, I'm so excited, as this may be my last full-length trip for awhile, as my day job doesn't exactly lend itself to a lot of time away from the day-to-day grind.
It's hard being an artist sometimes, isn't it?
